Allergens FAQ's
As a food manufacturer, we take the issue of food allergies seriously. That is why, all of our products containing nuts carry the warning label, "May contain traces of peanuts and other nuts". We believe that by using a precautionary statement on our products, we assist people with ingredient hypersensitivities, in making informed choices about the products they consume.
With regard to which of our products would be safe for a person with nut allergies, we suggest that you review our allergen information on the website click here. Joe Corbi's adheres with strict manufacturing practices and sanitation, however situations may arise where, despite all possible precautions, an unwanted food ingredient may be present in this product. For this reason, we try to caution and to protect our consumers, with the "May contain..." statement or "Product produced in a facility that produces nut products.
Regarding cross contamination between different Joe Corbi's products, we use an extensive and effective sanitation procedure in between different processing operations, and every effort is made to prevent any possible cross contamination.
Joe Corbi's recognizes the needs of our customers who have allergies or sensitivities to nuts, gluten, certain spices, etc. Joe Corbi's always fully discloses all ingredients (except for specific spices used in the product) on the ingredient statement. Regarding cross contamination between different Joe Corbi's products, we use an extensive and effective sanitation procedure in between different processing operations, and every effort is made to prevent any possible cross contamination. Even so, because different products are made at Joe Corbi's in the same facility, Joe Corbi's can make no absolute guarantees that small amounts from one product would not somehow drift into another product.

Pizza Kits FAQ's
The pizza kit can last for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator,
and up to 3 months in the freezer.
The Honeycomb Crust® was developed by Joe Corbi and is quite
simply the name used to describe our deep dish crust that is light and airy.
Presently the only way to obtain the product is through the fund-raising
organization. However if you contact us and tell us where you are located we
can let you know the closest organization in your area currently selling the product.
Preheat oven to 450º Fahrenheit. Remove pizza from box and wrapper.
Place pizza directly on center oven rack. Bake at 450º Fahrenheit for 6 to 8
minutes or until cheese in center is melted. TIP: To maintain a clean oven, place
a sheet of foil or a cookie sheet on the lowest oven rack before turning on oven.
Preheat oven to 450º Fahrenheit. Place pizza on a cookie sheet or pizza pan;
place on center oven rack. Bake at 450º Fahrenheit for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese in center is melted.
No, we do not recommend it. The crust would be very soft if cooked in a microwave.
We recommend that you can bake our Joe Jr products in a toaster oven because of their unique size.
Cookie Dough FAQ's
Yes, you should be able to thaw and re-freeze the cookie dough
about 5 times without any loss in quality.
Yes! Just leave the remaining dough in the tub, reseal the tub and store in the freezer.
No, the dough is ready to use right out of the tub.
No. The uneven heat of a microwave prevents the dough from browning and
baking through. You can use a convection/microwave oven to bake our cookies.
Yes, preheat the oven for 10 minutes before baking.
This important step will help the cookies bake evenly.
Use the center rack of your oven.
Our cookies are designed to be baked first, then eaten.
We do not recommend eating any raw cookie dough.
Yes! Most toaster ovens work well for one or two cookies.
Set the timer for eight minutes or bake the cookies at 350º for
8-10 minutes and watch closely, since ovens vary in heating ability.
Microwave on HIGH for 8 to 12 seconds or until warm.
Let cookies cool on the cookie sheet for two minutes to make them easier to remove from the sheet. If cookies have cooled too long and are difficult to remove, reheat the cookie sheet in the oven for one minute, then remove the cookies from the sheet.
Cool cookies thoroughly before storing them. In dry weather, store crisp
cookies in a container with a loose-fitting lid. If the weather is humid, use
a container that closes tightly.
To avoid sticky dough, always make sure your cookie dough is well chilled.
TIP: Spraying your clean hands with nonstick cooking spray, or using a knife
to cut the dough apart makes for easier handling.
