Handling Instructions
- Thaw cheesecake in carton: In refrigerator: 8-12 hours or overnight or at room temperature: 4-5 hours.
- Slide cheesecake from carton; and slit wrap.
- Plate pre-cut portions; remove dividers and serve.
Thawing Instructions (whole cheesecake)
- Cheesecakes can be stored frozen for up to 6 months.
- Once thawed, Cheesecakes can be stored covered up to 7 days in the refrigerator.
