CALLING TEAM (TEMPORARY WORK)
A member of the Telesales team is someone who contacts potential customers to gather key contact information and also arrange appointments for the sales reps. We will provide the lists of groups to contact, sample scripts, and compensation thru 1099 employment. You will provide internet and phone. All appointment setters will be brought on with a 2 week trial period. Reviews will be at 1st day, 5th day and 10th day. Calls must be made during the following times 9 am – 11:30 am or 12:30 – 2:30 pm eastern standard time.
Payment will be per hour and an extra for each appointment set and then attended by a Joe Corbi’s sales rep. Payment for the appointment set bonus will be reconciled and paid out every 4 weeks.
Your calls and success rate will be reviewed after your first two weeks.

Job Description
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives for further development and closure
- Prospecting to build pipelines and expand company outreach
- Maintain and expand the contact database using our client resource management system
- Research account, identify key players and generate interest
- Light administrative work during peak business times

Requirements
- Sales experience
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing large amount of calls per week
- Ability to work a range of hours within the week (nights or weekends)
- Experience working in a CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Access to phone and high-speed internet at the worker’s expense
