Surprisingly delicious
Bought it for my nephew’s fundraiser, but we haven’t been eating regular pizza crust so I decided to try the cauliflower pizza crust and it was delicious. Cook it right on the rack. It comes out nice and crispy and you would never know it’s cauliflower I will buy this again and again.

My son loves cauliflower crust pizza. My only reason for 4 stars is because, you need to split the cheese & sauce into thirds. Not a big deal, however when the kids are hungry, that's an additional step to maneuver before baking. Tastes wonderful
