Cheese Pizza Kit - Makes 2 - 12" Pizza Kits

INGREDIENTS CRUST: Enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, enzyme, ascorbic acid, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, yeast, salt, dried sourdough (wheat flour, rye flour), extra virgin olive oil, sugar, calcium propionate (preservative), guar gum, ascorbic acid, enzymes, sunflower oil, L-cysteine hydrochloride (dough conditioner). PIZZA SAUCE: Water, tomatoes, corn oil, seasoning (salt, dehydrated garlic, spices), citric acid. SPICED CHEESE BLEND: Low-moisture mozzarella and provolone cheese blend (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, powdered cellulose (anti-caking agent), spice, dehydrated garlic, enzymes). ALLERGENS: Contains Wheat and Milk.Contains Bioengineered Food Ingredients. Storage Instructions: Keep frozen until baking. Preparation Instructions: Due to variations in oven temperatures preheat oven 400 F to 450 F. Place pizza directly on the middle rack of the oven. Pan may be necessary to prevent overcooking the pizza. Bake approximately 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is baked to your satisfaction. Immediately transfer pizza to flat surface and allow to cool for 3 minutes. Cut, serve, and enjoy!
