SPICED CHEESE BLEND: Low-moisture mozzarella and provolone cheese blend (pasteurized milk, salt, cheese culture, powdered cellulose (anticaking agent), spice, dehydrated garlic, enzymes). Preparation Instructions: Due to variations in oven temperatures preheat oven 375 F to 425 F. Place pizza directly on the middle rack of the oven. (Pan may be necessary to prevent overcooking the pizza.) Bake approximately 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is baked to your satisfaction. Immediately transfer pizza to flat surface and allow to cool for 3 minutes. Cut, serve, and enjoy!
